We ask for your company details and the technical details of your website or hosting, and send a short rental agreement to sign digitally, together with the invoice for the first 6 months.

Domain live on your configuration
After signing and payment we point the domain to your website or hosting, usually within one business day. Subsequent invoices arrive 30 days before each new period.

How does it work?
You tell us through the form that you want to rent and for which term. We then ask for what we need: your company details for the invoice and the technical details of your website or hosting (IP address or hostname) the domain should point to. You receive a short rental agreement to sign digitally and the first invoice. Once both are done, we point the domain to your configuration, usually within one business day. No website or hosting yet? Mention it and we will help you think it through.
How is it invoiced?
The monthly price depends on the term you choose (6, 12 or 24 months); we invoice 6 months in advance. The first invoice comes with the agreement, the next ones 30 days before each new period. Payment by invoice, subject to Dutch VAT (21%). If an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder, the right of use lapses and the domain points back to this page.
How long am I committed and how do I cancel?
You choose a term of 6, 12 or 24 months. After that the rental renews for 6 months at a time at the rate of your chosen term, unless you cancel at least 30 days before the end of the current period. Monthly or mid-term cancellation is not possible.
Will the domain be registered in my name?
No. When renting, the domain stays registered to the lessor; you have the exclusive right of use for as long as the rental runs, and nobody else can use it during that time. Subletting or registering a trademark on the name is not allowed.
Can I also buy the domain?
No, this domain is for rent only. So there is no large upfront investment; after the chosen term you can renew or stop.
